This will disable the card from being used. You can also do this by clicking the three dotted lines next to the gift card from the main Gift Cards screen next to the card in question.
What if you believe a gift card is fraudulent?
If you believe a gift card is fraudulent go to Company > Gift Cards and click view next to the gift card. Click the three dotted lines next to the gift card number and mark it as “Fraudulent.”
