Payment methods and billing FAQs

The Payment Methods section allows you to add multiple payment methods, but the primary method will be used for automatic payments. You can specify a different payment method for each subscription plan
Example: two stores with different subscription plans.


Billing FAQs


Q: When are we charged for using Midori?
A: Depending on your trial period, you will be billed automatically at the end of your trial period and then at the same time each month.

Q: Can we end our subscription?
A: Yes, it is possible to cancel your subscription. By cancelling you will have access to the platform until the end of your current subscription period. To cancel, log in to Midori, then visit the Billing section and then Subscription. You will then be able to click on the three small dots at the end of your subscription line, select Edit and then at the bottom of the page click on Cancel Subscription.

Q: What happens after the end of the subscription period or if I can't pay?
A: Access to the different sections of Midori will be restricted. The Shiro platform (booking interface for your customers) will still be available for 30 days to avoid any worries for your customers. At the end of this 30 days, if no payment has been added and/or a subscription has been paid to your account, access to Shiro for your clients will also be restricted.

Q: If payment cannot be made, is there any other attempt to resume payment?
A: Our system will attempt within 7 days of your subscription plan renewal to take payment at a different time. If after 7 days it is not possible for us to take payment, access to the various sections of Midori will be restricted. The Shiro platform (booking interface for your customers) will still be available for 30 days to avoid any worries to your customers. At the end of this 30 days, if no payment has been added and/or a subscription has been settled to your account, access to Shiro for your clients will also be restricted.
